Party Time!

A little girl in Rhea's class named Aubrey turned 2 this past week and her mom invited all of her classmate's to her birthday party yesterday. We decided to go - it was our first classmate party invite - and we were glad we did.

Rhea had a blast. There were around 10 kids there, all between the ages of 1-4. It was complete chaos, although they all played together very well. Many of them are in the same classroom, so they are used to playing together. But, the best part of the party was that they had a blow up jumper house set up in the living room! It took Rhea all of 1 minute to want to go on and I think she stayed in there for an hour! She had so much fun and we could hear her laughing as she jumped, fell and bumped into the other kids! What a great idea!

Other highlights from the party were: the cake, of course. After every bite, Rhea said, "yum." Elmo - the theme was Elmo, so all of the decorations had Elmo on them and every time Rhea saw something she would say "Emo." And playing with the birthday girl's dress up chest.
